10/10 experience - Did you ever think you could see that from a dentist review? Amazing experience from the reception staff, to the dental assistants, to Dr.Shen. Caring, compassionate, & best of all no pain. Did not feel the anesthetic at all. I got a warm blanket during my treatment. They ensured I was very comfortable every step of the way. It was a referral from my dentist and I deff recommend.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. The dental assistant was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable by offering me a warm blanket and a stress ball to ensure I was comfortable and not so nervous. I even got ear plugs so I can block out the drill sound lol. Dr.Chen was very knowledgeable and educated. The office was beautiful and had a modern feel. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I had the best experience yesterday at Vancouver Endodontics. This was my first time getting any major procedure done in my mouth (I got a root canal) and I had really bad anxiety when I first arrived. The office ladies were excellent in addressing any questions I had and made sure I felt welcomed and safe the entire time. When I went into the back I was greeted by Katia (my dental assistant) and she was phenomenal. Very polite, and sweet. She asked me if I wanted a stress ball and a warm blanket to help calm me down, and she went and grabbed them right away. She talked me through all of the equipment that they would be using and made sure that I knew what was going on the entire time. She also told me that if I felt discomfort in any way to raise my hand and Dr. Chao Shen and her would stop immediately and address the issue, (which they did) Dr. Chao Shen did excellent, he wasn’t talking to me like I was a patient, but more like a peer/friend. He asked me how I was feeling, and made sure that I didn’t feel any discomfort through the whole process. He was very professional and focused the entire time. I recently had a root canal done by DR. Shen and I had such a great experience and I highly recommend this DR / Office to anyone that has any hesitation they are ALL amazing! From the time I made my appt on the phone to walking in and having the X-Ray, Root Canal, everyone was so very nice and friendly, the receptionist are so kind and welcoming, dental hygienist she was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, Dr. Shen he's really kind and caring ( as they all were ) and he would ask me if I was doing okay the entire time and told me if I needed him to stop or wanted a break just to raise my hand, the numbing didn't hurt at all I barely felt it, very gentle. I had anxiety before I walked into the appt and thinking I'd want or need the nitrous oxide ( laughing gas ) but once I got there, I felt so at ease knowing they cared I didn't need any anxiety medication at all. They gave me a warm blanket and a little squishy ball to hang on to but I barely even held on to it, I was so calm, it didn't hurt at all. I am a bit sore the day after but it's fine, they cared so much the office called to check on me the day after the appointment and if I needed anythi

Wonderful clinic! Root canal was as pain free as it can get. Only felt the anesthesia needle and that wasn’t too bad. Dr. Shen checked with me frequently and anticipated all of my needs. Everything about the experience was above and beyond. And a shout out to the dental assistant (Ariana?), great job!
